Hello Jonny/Admin,
I was recently warned for GR 6.21 in the forum thread Approved - General Rules 6.21 I 257931, 259263.
6.21 It is forbidden to abuse armored cars(impossible to shoot players inside) | Warn, the main reason I got punished is because I was driving a "Declasse Camaro 2020" which is bulletproof from front/back, and can still get shot from the windows.
I'd just like tot make note of the fact that I did not shot anyone in the POV provided in the forum thread, I never car rammed anyone, and in no way I tried to abuse it to get an advantage in any sort of PvP or combat.
I was simply driving around ghetto with my friend. I also confirmed with some admin that the car is OK to drive around, just do not abuse it. Also GR 6.21 states that the car must be "impossible to shoot players inside", whereas I can still get damage and even die when I am seated in my car.
I'd like to apologize if that counted as an armored car, because in my sense, logically I thought that I can still get shot and I did not even intend to abuse my car to get any sort of advantage in combat in the ghetto, so I was in the safe spot. This was better enforced by the fact that Jessica Odds had told one of my friends that the car is "ok" to drive around, just do not abuse it. (I have the POV for that incase).
I've been trying hard to keep my punishment history clean as possible, I wouldn't intentionally break obvious rules or get advantages over players when I've been playing on the project for 3+ years now. In conclusion, I'd simply like my warning to be appealed.
Also FIB also has camaros as their org cars and we can go patrol in it regularly and normally without any consequences. Why would a normal player get a warning for using it? It does not make sense to me.
In my sense and point of view, my car was not fully armored and I did not intentionally abuse it, so it seemed from my point of view. I'd still like to apologize for any rule break, like I said, that was not my intention at all, to hurt the roleplay of players or their experience.
I am sorry if i broke any rule, I was not aware of it, you can check my punishment history, I've never had such rule breaks in the past either. At this point, I've already removed my warning but I would still like a verdict or a high administration ruling on the car that I was punished for. Is it legal? Is it not legal?
