2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The day i joined this sever project i have been playing since 1.6 Years me and my friends has joined the leo organization is SAHP it is the org where my whole currier got started in this beautiful journey i have been served in many departments multiple times i served almost 7 terms as high command of different department i have experienced every department like what is their work how they will worked from this experiences in many different organization like LSPD , GOV , FIB and the main SAHP i have now the confidence that i can now run this organization on my own i understand the responsibilities of different LEO org leaders and i can make sure if got the term it will be the best term in the whole grand RP server.
The second thing of me wanted to became the leader of this organization to fix different things in the organization like first is working environment the main thing of a organization to be success fully run is the working environment of the organization i will make sure there will be equality in every department in every rank so the senior officers did not disrespect the juniors and i have seen that whenever a junior to us like we are high command and senior officer of this organization we need to teach our juniors to how to do things and how to manage all situation with patience and calmness i have seen the behavior of seniors officers with the juniors is very bad i will make sure that i will make such rules in the organization which will give a realistic work environment so that every one even the newly joined officer will enjoy the RP more realistically as much as they can
The third thing and in my point of view it is the most important thing which is needed to be fixed is favoritism because i have seen even in many organization favoritism is very common the player or officers are getting high ranks even if they didnt have experience in one single LEO organization if i got the term i will make sure i will completely end this favoritism issue and problem because the organization will never run great if this favoritism issue is there we will make such rules that will bring zero favoritism in the organization i will make sure that i will bring highly experienced people in the HRT department so they will hire as much officers as they can my second most important priority is the activeness of the organization i will make sure that in my term their will be almost at least one officer is their 24/7 in the main path of organization
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First step will be to make the communication with other organizations better or best because if we had good communication with other organization it will help us alot in various situation or in many different types of fight with the gang Having good communication with others is one of the important key of wining every fight with gang or handling the situations
Second step will be i will introduced new rules in HRT department which will help a lot in newly hired officer training i will make sure that the training of the new officer is easy for him to understand and which will make him strong enough that he will take good decisions in every situations to make the organization rise and shine and to bring this organization on top.

SWAT:
SWAT {Special Weapons And Tactics} is a special team which Respond to every Situation which is not handled by normal Leos there job is to protect and fight against dangerous criminals and gangs they also use special types of weapon which they are only allowed to use
PR:
PR {Public Relations} is a team which organizes different events for civilian of Los Santos their job is to make more creative events and attract with civilians as much as they can . there main priority is make and lead different events
HRT
HRT {Human Resources and training} their job is one of the most important job in the whole organization their job is to hire new officers to the organization and also their job is to train them regarding to rules of this organization. they also take interviews of newbies
IA {Internal Affairs}
IA {Internal Affairs} is another very important department in the whole organization there job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to kept their eyes on different units if they are specious that they are involve in criminal activity their job is to investigate it and caught them.
TE {Traffic enforcement}
TE {Traffic enforcement} is the second most important department in SAHP because their main job is to clean the city from the cars which are illegally parked and their job is also to give fines and and toe the cars and make the city clean as they can and their job is also to petrol the highway and find if there is any criminal activity going on the highway
