1. Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 . I have had a lot of experience in SAHP and i have been working my way up the ranks i have been here since my very first job in the city i have had alot of fun and i think i have the passion to Come and lead SAHP as i have been the deputies / High command in most organizations and i think i have the confidence to step up and help make the city have less crime on the streets.
2.2 I worked in all department inside SAHP on my journey in the city and I know how that are works. And i believe with all the knowledge that I have i can track every single department and improve everything on it with the help of all head of department in our team that we will have. For all of that i can do major changes with all the plans that i have for all the department. And i will make sure that we will take care of all the department with my deputies help.
2.3 I worked on all LEOs organization except EMS, and i joined gangs (Families, Bloods, Vagos) and gained the knowledge how these organizations work, how they think, and how they act. For all of that I will have the advantage at any situation that we will have, or any roles break or RP situations.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 The most weakness on Leo's organizations on this time that they don't have enough numbers and this issue giving the gangs advantage to win all the events. so, the first thing I will focus on is getting numbers as much as we can on our term starting with all people that they have good experience so they can perform the perfect training system. From my knowledge in the past the organizations didn't give the good attention to the new units and making sure that they are fully trained and how to act on the events. I will make sure that we will have great numbers during morning time and prime hours and the night time! Focusing on this part will improve our handling all the situations against the gangs. So if want to make SAHP great and filling all the departments as I mentioned. My win card for that is having good experience and numbers!
3.2 Being SAHP trooper that's it's not about only selling insurance and running in front the HQ SAHP has a lot to do during the day like doing check points patrolling the highways and the freeways helping NG if they are struggling during morning time for any possible FZ raid. So, making sure that we will have active units all day this will make it more exciting and and fun, and this will give the people a reason to stay on duty or staying mainly in SAHP. Also, i will work on bringing back the old tactical teams on SWAT (snipers' team, LMGs, heavy shotguns team) this will give us advantage on the most common situation in the city "hostage situations" we could use ideas from our unit themselves. And i will make rewards for the term that will be the responsible about winning the situation. So that will give our units the activities and the fun and enjoyable that they need and this will let SAHP have the good numbers all the time.
3.3 the key to encourage our units is awarding and giving motivation for everyone to continue doing their best. Of course, I will work on improving the promotion system by giving all the units that I saw a lot in events without only counting on promotion ceremonies. This may look like weird ideas but to be clear. Like if I saw one of our units is putting much effort during the day and his activity is being noticed on the SAHP. I will make a meeting for all our units on the headquarters and talk about this unit and what he did so that will encourage every single unit to do the same because he will receive a promotion in front everyone.
