2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1 The first organization i joined was on the legal side, and over time I have gained a lot of valuable experience in various legal roles. I have served as DA several times and spent a significant amount of time working in the DOJ. Because of all this, I am confident in my knowledge and abilities, and I feel ready to take on a leadership role in this special organization and help guide it forward.

2.2 Some of my friends have tried to become leaders some succeeded, some didn’t. I would be proud to try as well. I believe it is my time to take on this responsibility. With my experience in the DOJ and as a DA, and with the confidence I have, I believe I can carry out this role properly. I feel that i deserve the chance to prove myself and lead my team as the SAHP leader.

2.3 I have always wanted to help the community and share what i know, and i truly believe that if i become SAHP leader, i am going to be able to do these things even better. I want to make sure SAHP runs fair and smooth, and that it earns respect from the public and other groups. I know how things work in SAHP, and if given the chance to lead, i am confident i can get a lot done.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Just like in real life officers need to respect their leaders because it helps keep everything organized and professional. With good training, they can make easy and intelligent decisions in any situation. This training also helps them stay calm in pressurized situtations and act in the best way to ensure everyone is safety

3.2 To keep things fair, we should carefully check weekly promotions and give them only to people who really earn them. Also by checking the rank proofs of people who wants to join with old or strange documents, we can find lies and keep everything honest and clear for everyone

3.3 Department commanders have to fully understand how their departments work, not only because it is required, but also because it helps everything run more smoothly. When they know the details they can make better decisions and communicate better with other departments. In the end, this helps the whole organization work better and reach more success
