Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 157638 & 177899 will receive a punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
(When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.)
However,
ID 133334 will receive punishments for Mixing & Provoking
("NPCs" is Mixing + Purposely annoying/irritating players to get a reaction from them is prohibited e.g.(Intentional provoking on CC + shooting warning shot to provoke them))
