Hello 4 players from a forum opened yesterday in rp ticket event er. 1.3 penalty and we received a family warning but my players did not press enter in the area, they all pressed cancel and went out of the area again, we did not get any advantage, I put the povs of my players

As you can see in the videos, my players didn't enter the zone, they pressed cancel and went back.
