hi ! dear administration team i got warning because of rdm and ub demands but the player was clearly in front of my house and i have rights to gave demands to him but he says that in front of my house i a public place and all neighbours of this building can use there as their parking but i got a question if in front of my house is a public place for all neighbours why doesnt it haves flagstone in front of it

if it was a public place of building They would also lay flagstones here but its clearly my space and every where other public spaces of the apartment has that flagstones except in front of my house and his house haves too many distance to my house here is the pov from that night by my side i want these to be evaluated in consideration.
