Rejected killed for no reason

So i was going to the gun store because it was time for battelship event, i first get rammed into for no reason and i had a feeling that they were waiting for me to come outside to kill me and i was right, as soon as i come out they have their gun pointed ready to shoot me.. I don't get how this is fair at all, all i wanted to do was go to my battelship event and i get RM for no reason then killed
