Dear Grand RP Admin Team,
I am writing to appeal the 60-day ban issued to my account for "Refusal of PC Check."
I would like to clarify that I did not refuse the PC check — I fully understand and respect the rules regarding fair gameplay and am always willing to cooperate with staff. What actually happened was that I was playing on a new laptop at the time, and I did not have Discord installed yet. When the admin asked me to join the Grand RP official server for a PC check, I attempted to explain that I couldn’t download or run Discord while Grand RP was open due to lag and performance issues on the new system.
My intention was never to ignore or avoid the check, but simply to explain my situation. I didn’t realize how it might have come across as non-compliance, and I apologize for any confusion caused. Had I been allowed a short amount of time to close the game and install Discord properly, I would have gladly completed the check.
Since then, I’ve installed Discord and ensured that my system is better optimized for future situations like this. I’d be more than happy to complete a PC check now, or take any other steps required to clear up this situation.
I truly enjoy playing on Grand RP and would be grateful for the chance to rejoin the community. I respectfully ask that you reconsider or reduce the length of the ban, as this was not a case of refusal but rather a technical limitation that I tried to communicate.
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Sincerely,
Infernix
