I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing to appeal the 60-day ban on my account (Mmangoman) for “Refusal of PC Check.” I want to clarify that I never intended to refuse the check—I fully respect server rules and am always ready to cooperate.
At the time, my game had crashed, and when I rejoined, I was told to enter the Grand RP Discord voice chat. I genuinely didn’t know where the VC was located and was trying to find it, but I struggled navigating the server. It wasn’t an attempt to avoid the check—just confusion on my part in a stressful moment.
I apologize for how this came across. I’ve now familiarized myself with the Discord server layout and can join the proper VC instantly if needed. I’m also more than willing to do the PC check now or take any steps needed to clear things up.
I really enjoy playing on Grand RP and being part of the community. I respectfully ask you to reconsider the ban or reduce the duration, as this was never about refusal—just a simple mistake and miscommunication.
