In my POV you can see
1. In Video ( 0.2 second ) she is counting ok and in counting 3 he just cuff me without saying ( I am gona cuff you ) she cuff me and she also have gun in hand ( fail RP + UB demand )
2. In video ( 0.3 second ) she cuff me with my Gun in hand ( PG )
3. in video ( 0.36 second ) she uncuff me without saying ( I am gona uncuff you ) ( fail RP )
