2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Long-Term Loyalty and Deep Understanding of the Gang System I want to lead the Bloods because I have been involved in gang RP since the beginning of my time in the city, and Bloods was one of the first organizations I truly connected with. I’ve watched how the gang evolved under different leaders and have learned what works and what doesn’t. My experience includes holding High Command and Deputy positions in multiple gangs, giving me insight into gang structure, recruitment, strategy, and rule enforcement. I believe that with this experience and my understanding of Grand RP’s gang systems, I can now lead the Bloods into a dominant, respected, and well-organized gang while strictly following all server rules. 2. Strong Leadership Skills and Communication with Members Over time, I’ve developed strong leadership and communication skills through managing teams, resolving conflicts, and organizing events. I want to use these skills to create a gang where every member knows their role, respects the rules, and is motivated to participate. I’ve always valued building strong relationships within the gang and making sure everyone feels like they’re part of something bigger. I’m also committed to daily activity and staying involved, so I can always guide, support, and correct members in real-time. Leading Bloods would give me the platform to build a professional, loyal, and high-performing gang team. 3. Inspired by Past Leaders and Ready to Prove Myself In my previous terms with Bloods, I observed leaders who set a great example — managing events smoothly, staying active, and keeping their gangs clean. Their leadership inspired me to aim for the same level of excellence. Now, I’m ready to prove myself. I want to lead Bloods to become one of the most active and respected gangs on the server by attending every event, dominating turf wars, and upholding Grand RP’s rules and RP standards. Becoming the leader is not just a goal for me — it’s the next step in showing what I can do for the community and for the Bloods as an organization.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- We will be making sure that t the turfing will be 100% all the time and get the best outcome.
- I will make sure everyone knows the basic rules and that the deputies know even more than the basic rules so that they will be able to help lead the gang without any rp issues.
- I will make sure the people that join my gang will be minimum 10 years old in city so that we won’t have any rp issues.
- my gang will attend all events and make sure they attend all hostage situations and robberiesz
