Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1 - I have been an active player in RP servers for a long time i know how to approach in game situations strategicaly stay calm in crisis moments and lead a team effectively i want to use this experience to bring MARABUNTA the best gang in the ghetto
2 - Ill set up in character training events or mock missions these not only build team synergy but also help members react better in high pressure RP scenarios
3 - Ill been HC of gangs a lot of times and i have a lot of experience in being HC and i want to make a great term and bring MARABUNTA back in the ghetto and enter every single events.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1 - Its important to stay committed to rules and discipline to improve the quality of RP the rules help maintain order within the team and create quality interactions with other players in the city moreover leaders must be fair in every situation!
2 - When i first joined gangs no one helped me i learned everything by my self and i want to teach new players how to do everything and improve their skill level in gangs in this amazing project
