i got ER 1.2, he clearly stole my vechile should i go outside the yellow circle and give him warning, also on the above thread ID 40733 killed the thread owner.

ID 168357 will receive a punishment for ER 1.2

Because of warning my sahp job gone also i am spending 180 mins in jail, can Admin please clear me
