Life story:
Felix was born in France and by the age of 10 he understood everything. His father came home drunk and beat his mother. And Felix's dog Long attacked his father and his father killed the dog in anger. Felix had to watch all this in silence and ran away from home. Then when he saw that there were too many terrorists in the world, he immediately went to America as a fugitive in the back of a truck.
Carrer story:
After joining the Felix SANG (NG) saw that his world became much bigger than he thought. He experienced terrorist bombing killed huge amount of innocent people, he saw child abusers getting away just because they have a strong political connection. This world broke Felix from the inside. One night in a operation he caught a murdered who killed his sister's rapist and several gang members and was about to make his next move before getting caught. Felix saw revenge on his bloody eyes remembering him how his father killed his mother by torturing day by day. Felix that he will provide him money and underworld informations if Felix let him go this time.
Outcomes:
1- Felix can kidnap or kill any suspects/individuals, allowing him to break IC rules. (With an IC reason)
2- Felix can smash and break bodycams and radios and find hidden ones to cover his track. (/try commands, 2 times per situation)
3- Felix's criminal past grants him the freedom to engage in various illegal activities without fear of repercussions such as killing people ruthlessly in ghetto like gangsters with his face covered. He can also use his position in NG to raid his enemies by using all means such as trapping them in crimes.
4- Can acquire, utilize, or sell legal (not ORG) or illegal weapons, both on and off duty, expanding his arsenal as he sees fit.
