"His name was on the bounty system, so I followed him. Just as I was about to intervene, he entered the green zone and never left. The vehicle he escaped in is most likely stolen. I believe this situation qualifies as Fear RP — after all, he is wanted, there's a bounty hunter chasing him, and yet he escapes into a safe zone."
