We Can Clearly See In The Pov Thread owner is driving car by holding heavy gun ( PG ).And He Was Roaming Alone In The Highway for no reason ( violatead state rule 1.1 ).Thats The Reason Leos Must Learn Rules Before Joining Legal Orgs...And The Dimand Of Pull over Only Given Once.When They Realized They Don't Have 4 People They Didn't Give Pull Over Dimmand.and also one guy came at the last to tell him that he is breaking the (State Rule 1.1).

I Request Admin To Ask For Extended POV To The Thread Owner Why He Is Roaming Alone In Highway And Violating State Rule 1.1..
