Dear Administration,
I am appealing the recent ban imposed due to a violation of rule 4.1 Players must not have any kind of software that gives any advantage.(Disabling drug`s effect, hacks, bots etc.) | Up to permanent.
Firstly, I want to clearly state that I fully respect the server's rules and guidelines, and any breach of these was entirely unintentional. In my specific situation, the ban was related to indicators appearing on my minimap displaying values for damage taken. I genuinely was unaware that this feature violated any rules, as I previously had a detailed discussion with an administrator (don't remember his name or discord conversation was a long time back) validating each of the graphical enhancements provided by Network Graphics individually, ensuring compliance with the server’s guidelines.
The particular modification showing health and damage indicators was mistakenly understood by me as allowed. Had I known it was not permitted, I would never have used or enabled it.
To emphasize my good faith, I wish to highlight my consistently clean record and dedication to the gameplay experience. My only previous incident involved a misunderstanding related to my IP changing after moving residences, which was pardoned and resolved.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding caused by this oversight, and I kindly request reconsideration of my ban and my willingness to strictly adhere to server guidelines moving forward. I have already removed this modification to ensure full compliance in the future.
