Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?,
1. coz for me this organization is very easy to handle.this is out of the city .
2. this is my first organization here i start my leo experence thats why i wana become a leader of this orgnization.
3. only this organization i work for with full efforts and i wana maintain this.
4 this is my inspiration to main this org in my way what i thinking to run the organization is totally different.
5.being a part of SAHP catalys and policy progress i see this as a leadership opportunitn as a plateform foster collabration
6. i wana biuld a inovative initiative and reflect needs of our communities.
7. i build with not me only a strong work ethic and organizationsal skills.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.so this orgnization is very close from my heart
1. dont take this too serious coz at the end it was just a game have fun and move on
2. give chance to everyone to take the part rotate roles to everyone so they are being more experienced.
3. the simple things like table setup, name tags so it will be more engaging and intrest in this RP
and give a change to learn more.
Departments within SAHP:
Human Resource & Training (HR&T),
the human resource department helps to grow the organization in this department we can train the members how they can becam a leo. the human resources department this dapartment teach how the work they can do.
like training in different phases
1 phase to learn to sell insurence.
2 phase to learn how they tow and ticket the vehicle
3 phase to learn how they can arrest the criminals of city.
so these training devide in different different phases.
Internal Affair (IA),
This Department Will Be Looking Into The Matters Of Keeping a Check On Logs Of Officers, Their Bodycams As Well As The Org. Vehicles & Lisences Of The Officers. They Will Provide Strikes To Officers In The Behavioural Manner Or Any Complaint Received Against Any Officers Will Be Judged By Them.
Highway Petrol (HWP),
This Department Will Be Looking For The Vehicles That Have Been Parked Incorrectly And Will Either Fine Them or Tow Them. They Get Extra Bonuses As Per Their Work & Efficiency! They will The Replacement of Highway Patrol as Well.
Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT),
For conducting highly qualified operations.,
Public Relations (PR),
PR is responsable for the events to make citizens have some fun and to teach them how to avoid criminals also to make citizens have some positive impact about SAHP and PR will be Working with a team from life invader to bring good reputation to the organisation.
