Hi!
To explain what happened here i will need to give full context of the situation.
I was being robbed by Marabunta, with whose leaders I have friendly relations. Thats why firstly i used the waving finger and facepalm emotes, than proceeded to give the guy who was in charge of robbing me my passport. They didnt recongnise my name so I tried telling them to use the radio to confirm. When they didnt get a responce on the radio than i decided i will just let them rob me.
Now comes my problem. I was away from grand for quite some time and while i was away the emote menu changed together with the emotes themselves.
I tried searching for "hande hoch" and i found only one emote with an icon of a guy kneeling with his hands up. If you remember correctly, previously there were two emotes.
There was the classic g-speziales-erste which was the correct one - guy standing up with hands behind his head, and there was the "false one" where you would be kneeling with the hands up. As previously stated i was away for some time and didnt know that the emotes themselves have changed (I thought only the UI was different), so when i searched "hande hoch" and found only one result with an icon of the guy kneeling i assumed i found the "wrong" one. than i typed in the chat (as seen on the pov) "wie heisst die emote" which i got an answer to look at the g komunikazion 14 but i still assumed it was the "false" one so i didnt click it at first and wrote "ich finde nur die falsche", but when the guys kept repeating it I finally clicked on it and it was the correct one even though the icon on it is false.
I then let the guys rob me, but Ruben decided that apparenty i did something wrong and gave me failrp.
I hope that my explenation is enough to convince you that i had no intention of commiting failrp, and its all just a big misunderstanding.
I would like to get the warn removed.
