2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?


I have proudly served LifeInvader 6 Terms in ( EN3 ) and 2 in ( EN1 ).
I have served myself being in high command for 5 Terms, 4 times as Head of the department ( EN3 ) and currently in EN1 I am serving as Manager.
I have wanted to be the leader of LifeInvader for a long time, and this is the organization I belonged to during my RP life. I worked in all-state organizations, but LifeInvader has extra care in my heart. This is the only organization I am interested in and I want to lead this organization.

I truly enjoy being a part of LifeInvader, which is why I want to be its leader. I've worked in every department and have accumulated a lot of experience.
I am certain that I can lead LifeInvader to further success because I have faith in my abilities and leadership qualities.

3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

Department Improvement:
As a Leader, I will ensure all my High commands maintain their responsibilities.
I will ensure that High commands are given at different times so that if there is any necessity for high command assistance, they can help with it.
In Human Resources, they will assist newcomers by giving training and testing. Also, for Night and Morning Time from the advertisement department, we need to keep hiring employees.

Improving Roleplay: LifeInvader well known among citizens for Creative events which is makes people interested in LifeInvader and roleplay as well. I will host fun and quality full event in daily bases, it's my commitment to do so.
I have to make good relationships with Other organizations so that they can also cooperate with LifeInvader and assist with our work.
My commitment to improving roleplay inside the organization: The creative event, Proper lessons for newcomers and Professional Journalist.

Our shared vision: LifeInvader works for Citizens as a Leader I will make sure that all of my employees including High commands as well as are respectful of our fellow citizens.
Reception calls are much more important I have to make sure that high commands or employees give responses in it.
Last but not least friendly behavior and a friendly free workplace made work on organizational improvement

For ADs Department: This department is most important and it needs to run 24/7, I will hire a maximum of ad employees for different time zones for clearing PDA. I will hire different time-zone employees, especially for the Night Time shift and Morning shift.
I will add a new bonus system, especially for the Night and Morning shifts.

For the Event Department: I will hire more employees for the Event Team. Our goal is to host fun and quality full event in daily bases and organize additional events. Hosting more fun and unique events on regular bases. In my Term I will ensure all the ticket works of Creative are running smoothly and ensure that clients get their satisfaction through our services.
Structured planning, innovative support and improved communication are the first steps in improving the event department. We may organize more interesting and memorable events for the. Will make sure a professional editor for Broadcast , Posters and Video editing .

For the News Department: In order to make news more interactive going forward, I would like to see more news produced by LifeInvader. Not just informational articles or videos, but news about real-time happenings events and increased communication between citizens and LifeInvader reporters.
I will make sure different timezone journalists so that this department can be on coverage the whole day, If there is any occurrence in the city they can cover it through LI Articles or LI Journalism videos as well.


For HR Department: They are in charge of recruiting new employees in organizations, From starting to testing season and training season as well.
I start my High command journey in the Human Resource department and I have pretty much knowledge about all of the processes. I have to make sure active and professional Human resources so that they can teach new employees and also correct them their mistakes

For IA Department: This department manages internal things inside the organization. Such as Strike, Warnings, and stuff, This department is important through this department we can manage internal situations inside the org members. For improvement I will make sure to pair IA high commands so there will be no favoritism every employee will get the same treat and I will ensure that IA High commands make the sure friendly way of Constructive Criticism


Commitment:

💠 I will be active in the city ( 8-9 hrs ) per day as a leader I will be active in all department's observation.
Especially me and my deputies will observe all high commands and all departments, My 2 deputies will be active just like me.

💠 Keep consistency in hosting creative events, Such as Short project events and Long project events with proper video editing for all of the events.

💠 Make sure everyone behaves amiably in the workplace. I won't tolerate any conflict or provocative situations among the members and high commands as well as.

💠 Make sure Professional and active journalists are high-command and journalists as well as.
As LI Leader will co-operate with other organizations and keep friendly relationship with each other.

If I get selected as CEO Thats all my commitment.
