Good evening, I was banned following a "PC check" on both my accounts. For 4.1rg (Cleaner).
They PC checked me and found nothing, given that I don't cheat. A day before my PC check, I deleted the temporary files when you press win+r and then %temp%. So, according to them, this was suspicious, and they banned me for that. I couldn't have known I was going to be PC checked a day after doing that. Plus, everyone knows that temporary files need to be deleted regularly to avoid lag. So I find this ban unjustified, especially banning both my accounts when most people only take them on one account.
So I would like to be unbanned or get a discount because I have no history of cheating or anything like that. Thank you.
