2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1- i want to be the leader of this specific organization as when i first stepped a foot into the city i joined Bloods to see that they was all supportive to their new players and that they all support each other and i have seen the previous leaders manage their organizations and i think i should give it the best shot as i possible can to make sure people don't break the rules and make families be on top all the time. Also i know how to do all of the events such as cland , store robberies and hostage situations and other events.
2.2- Another reason why i want to be the leader of this organization particularly is because they help me a lot when i am in the organization and i got on with the leaders and i love to communicate with people. I have also had a lot of experience in gangs as i have been deputy's - hc in all of the gang orgs which shows that i am really good at been in gangs and i want to make sure that families get the control over the ghetto and make it our area
2.3- Another reason why i want to be the leader of this organization is because when i was in there last term i was watching the leader manage the organization and they was so good for a organization leader and my goals are to try and aim for the best standards and make sure we attend all events and my biggest aim was to become a organization leader to show people what i am capable of doing and making this organization be so good. And i am so strict when it comes to ranks
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
- I know how to RP the best performance without breaking rules or getting warnings
- We will always make sure that the turfing is 100% all the time and get the best outcome
- I will make sure i am always active every day so that i can make sure that my gang members are not breaking rules
- i want to complete my term without warnings or verbal warnings
- I will make sure my gang team attends all events and make sure they attend all hostage situations and robberies
