Firstly, I just came to grab a valuable container. I killed a guy, but then he used bug (he did F1) and spawned back in the same place. Due to this, he got patched up (it's a bug) and ran away, and returned to the same location again just before container came out with his clothes changed. I'm not sure if this also counts as breaking NLR, but overall, it seems like a mass rule break. and sorry a lot or quality of video
