2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1) I have a big friend list and strong connections with active players from different time zones. This means I can bring in a large number of members who can be active 24/7. With their support, my gang will be able to attend every event with strong numbers and stay active in the ghetto at all times.
2.2) I have good leadership skills and strong knowledge of ghetto life and server rules. I know how to lead during events, hostage situations, store robberies, and more. With the right team and skilled shooters, I will make Marabunta a gang that others will fear and respect. No one will mess with us because we will be dominating in turfs, events, and ghetto fights.
2.3) I believe in rewarding loyalty and hard work. Members who put effort into the gang will get bonuses and promotions. High Command ranks will go to people who’ve shown commitment and have been loyal throughout their gang journey.
