1. Leader of Marabunta Grande
2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1. I want to become leader of the 'Marabunta Grande' because I have a quite good experience as an Gang Member in all the Gangs like Families, Bloods, Marabunta, Ballas and Vagos but the real RP which I learnd from the only one Marabunta Grande.
2.2. Now, I feel ready to take on that role. I want to lead marabunta because it was my first gang, and it means a lot to me. i have a good communication skill to run a successful term most important thing is to have a best Deputies. Being in a gang gives more freedom then state ORG, and I’m ready for the challenge.
2.3. I have seen many leaders disband for silly reasons and getting warnings for leader breaking server rules , my punishment history is clear and ill never break any server rule. Most of the newbies and newcomers also join gangs and have there first experience in gangs. I wanna give them a great experience.
3. Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization.
Under my leadership i will ensure that my gang is active then every other gang in city.
will be hiring Good HC and good Deputies who will have enough knowledge about Events so that they can Handel any situation and they will be keeping gang active
I will make sure that every comers in gang should have basic knowledge about ghetto rules and event rules so that there will be good RP
Under my leadership i will ensure that everyone will be treated equally and no one will get the rank they do not deserve, and no one will be on lower rank if he/she deserves higher rank.
I will make marabunta active in Ghetto and in events so that our Gang will be coming in everyone eyes and everyone should have that fear of marabunta
We will try to take max to max number in every store robberies , Fz , battle ships , clands, and also we will increase our activities we will be doing more store robbs
Under my leadership i will ensure that everyone gets regular bonuses and rankups.
