Additional Information

1. Leader Of Marabunta

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

I want to lead Marabunta Grande because I believe I have the leadership qualities, vision, and discipline needed to guide this organization to greater heights. I understand the gang’s culture and structure, and I’m committed to strengthening its presence through loyalty, strategy, and respect.

I have a clear plan to expand our influence, grow our numbers, and earn respect through smart decisions rather than reckless behavior. I believe in running the gang like a structured and organized unit where every member knows their role and has a purpose.

My goal is to build a strong brotherhood where members feel connected, valued, and motivated to represent Marabunta with pride. I want to create a space where serious roleplay thrives, and loyalty is rewarded through growth and opportunity.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

To improve the roleplay level in the gang, the first thing I would focus on is keeping it real. Every member should have a proper character, with a backstory and a personality. They should act like real people would in the situations we face. For example, if someone is playing a tough gang member, they should speak and act like one all the time, not just sometimes. This helps everyone feel like the gang is real and alive, not just a game. Second, we should always have stories going on inside the gang. Not just shooting and crime, but actual stories like who wants more power, who is loyal, who is causing problems, or even secret plans. It also gives members a reason to log in every day, because they are part of something bigger. Lastly, I believe in helping new members become better. Everyone starts somewhere, and it is our job to teach them. I would pair up new players with older ones so they can learn how the gang works, how to roleplay better, and how to stay in character. This also builds trust and makes sure the gang keeps a strong name. We should have clear rules and expectations, and also reward the ones who roleplay well and show loyalty to the gang. With these three steps, we can turn the gang into one of the best and most respected groups in the city.
