Hello Admins,
First of all, I want to sincerely thank you for lifting my ban and giving me a second chance. Your understanding in such situations shows how much you care about the community and the players. I truly appreciate it.
However, I’m writing to you again with another issue. That morning, I had just logged into the game and wasn’t fully awake. In a moment of confusion, I accidentally listed the Luminous T-Shirt Type 11 on the trade market for 54,000 instead of 54 million. It was a small mistake, but with a huge consequence. Without realizing what I had done, I confirmed the listing—and within seconds, the item was gone. I lost 50 million in an instant and was left in complete shock.
I fully understand and accept that the mistake was mine. But I want to make it very clear that it was not done with bad intentions, nor was it any kind of exploit. If I were trying to cheat the system, I wouldn’t have come forward and reported the issue myself. I acted honestly and transparently.
After that loss, getting a 60-day ban on top of it was incredibly discouraging. Now that the ban has been lifted, I’m grateful—but the financial loss still remains. That’s why I’m reaching out again. If there is any possibility to recover the item or receive compensation for even part of the value, it would mean a great deal to me.
I truly enjoy playing this game, and seeing the hard-earned results of my time and effort disappear like that was very upsetting. I believe with your support and understanding, I can find the motivation to continue. If there’s any way you could help, I would be extremely grateful.
