Hello Admin Team,

I am writing to respectfully appeal the ban issued under the reasoning of GR 1.7 and GR 1.9. The action in question involved donating a car to family for $1,000, which I understand was under the state-assigned value. However, I want to clarify that this was a donation, not a sale for personal gain.

I made this decision in good faith, believing that helping a family in need was not against the spirit of the rules. I did not intend to exploit or break any guidelines. Furthermore, I have POV evidence showing that this was indeed a donation and not an exploitative or rule-breaking transaction.

I kindly request the staff to review my situation and reconsider the ban, as I now better understand the importance of strictly adhering to value guidelines—even in donations. If given another chance, I will make sure to follow the rules more carefully in the future.
