Event details:
"Bad Morning Governor!"
As the Governor is cruising through the Sandy Shores, he is intercepted by gangs and taken in as a hostage. He is tortured and eventually strapped up with a C4 explosive. The LEOs are alerted about the same and they gather around the Fort Zancudo base. Their convoy leaves from there uptil Stab city where they notice a lot of gang members all over the village and settlement. Their job is to eliminate gangs and diffuse the C4 saving the governor. Hurry Up!! The Time for the entire situation is just 20 mins!!!

Role of Each Organization Involved:
Gangs (All orgs):
- Defend the bomb for 20 minutes.
- Eliminate all LEOs if possible.
- Strategically place defenders and snipers.
LEOs (LSPD, FIB, SAHP, NG, USSS):
- Breach and clear the Village area.
- Locate Governor and defuse the bomb using:
- /try (Max 2 attempts per officer)
- /me and /do (Only after successful /try)

Other organizations involved:
- EMS (Revive injured after combat concludes)
- LI (Optional to practice Live Reporting skill and RP)
---
Vehicles/weapons needed:
- 1x Western Road King for Governor (Optional If Possible)
- 1x Frogger helicopter (gangs for lookout)
- 2x Dinghy for Gangs
- 1x FIB (or black) RCV and multiple chargers for LEOs (Atleast 3-5 if not more)
- Weapons and armour provided by Admins
- C4 placed near or on the Governor if possible

Admin Requirements:
- Teleport players to event zone
- Spawn vehicles
- Provide weapons and armour equally
- Oversee RP defusal sequence
- Manage revives (via EMS)

Rules of the event:
- No personal weapons, armour, or gear
- No leaving the designated zone
- No drugs, juices, patching, or bug abuse
- One life only unless revived by EMS
- All RP interactions (especially defusal) must be detailed and valid
- Follow instructions from event heads and admins

How is the event won?
LEOs win if the bomb is successfully defused via RP before the timer ends and governor is saved.
Gangs win if time runs out or all LEOs are eliminated and governor is killed.

Prize for the winner:
$200,000 – distributed among all winning orgs.
