2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
(i). I want to be the leader of this org. because I want to maintain its legacy and keep marabunta grande the best gang in the city. I want to continue its lead in ghetto. I want to maintain this gang's legacy and want to make the gang win turf season in my leadership. I will try to make marabunta the season turf champion
(ii). Secondly, I will make the org. bonus system best. I will make sure that the deserving player should get good money with the better bonus system that will motivate them to do best activity.
(iii). Lastly, I will hire good deputies that have good knowledge of rules and make gang active in day and night time so the gang does not become inactive. Under my leadership I want to create a strong crew that help everyone who wants help gang. And teach them the gang rule.

1- I will try to hire deputies that make sure the gang stay active every time and does not become inactive.
2- My advice for improving the RolePlay is that under my leadership I want to make the gang stay active and to participate in 24/7 store and gun store robbery almost everyday
3 - I will try that I complete my term without any rule break and without any warning on my leadership .
4- I will try to make bonus system good so that every deserving player should get good money and motivates him to do the best to push the gang up.
5- I will try to get almost every graffiti done for passive income.
