Dear Lebron Pluxury,
I am reaching out to respectfully request a review of my current ban which was issued for refusing a PC Check.
The PC Check was initiated by Admin Alexander Markovic following an incident in the SG courtyard. I was there with a friend wearing prison style clothing that he had bought for us at the clothing store and we were shooting at inmates for roleplay purposes. This may have caused confusion regarding my role and leading to a suspicion that I was an inmate using guns (in other words cheating) and eventually to the PC Check.
I want to be clear: I have never used cheats or anything even close to it. In both of my previous appeals I submitted a 15 minute POV that clearly shows no suspicious behavior. From my perspective the PC Check was based on a misinterpretation of the situation rather than any valid reason to suspect cheating.
I do not questioning the PC Check policy itself but rather the reasoning behind initiating it in my specific case. If the suspicion was based on a misunderstanding and there’s clear proof from my POV that shows I wasn’t doing anything suspicious then I believe a ban is a disproportionate outcome.
With this in mind I kindly ask for a fair reevaluation of my case based on the full context and the evidence I’ve already provided.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Onkel Franke
