2.1. I want to be the leader of Marabunta Grande because gang life has always caught my attention. Marabunta represents raw power, unity, and street dominance. I’ve always dreamt of leading a gang, and Marabunta’s legacy is something I want to elevate further.
2.2. I believe I have strong leadership qualities and a clear understanding of gang dynamics. I’ve served as a under deputy in other gangs before, which gave me insights into what works and what causes failure. I will use that experience to build a disciplined, competitive, and active gang that avoids past mistakes.
2.3. I see great potential in the gang scene that is currently being underutilized. Many gangs lack structure and seriousness. My goal is to restore Marabunta’s dominance with a fair and active hierarchy, encouraging RP, loyalty, and competition without any toxicity or rule-breaking.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization
3.1. I will ensure regular participation in events like Clands, Hostage Sits, Fz raid and Gun Store Robberies to keep gang RP engaging and active.
3.2. I will enforce strict discipline—no toxicity or rule breaks will be tolerated. Any member caught violating server rules will be kicked or blacklisted instantly.
3.3. Deputies and other HC members will maintain control 24/7, even in my absence. No one will misuse their powers, and higher-ups will remain respectful to all members regardless of rank.
3.4. I will personally interview anyone applying for HC roles to ensure they understand server rules, leadership expectations, and RP responsibilities. There will be no favoritism—only fair and merit-based promotions.
