Life Story:
Sayko was born on 08/01/1970 in the city of Istanbul. Sayko was raised in the gritty streets of the favela called " Vicente de Carvalho" Sayko' early life was marked by adversity and hardship. Growing up in a broken home, he lacked the stable family environment that many take for granted. As a teenager, Sayko fell in with a rough crowd and quickly became acquainted with the darker side of the city. His involvement in petty crimes and gang activities allowed him to survive in an unforgiving environment. but it also shaped him into the hardened criminal he is today. Through his cunning and resourcefulness, he climbed the ranks within the criminal underworld, establishing a fearsome reputation as a cold-hearted enforcer. While selling drugs, Sayko was caught by the police and he was given a 3-year sentence. When we got out he decided to migrate to the state of San Andreas. There he took MMA classes and competed in a couple of MMA fights. Sayko eventually retired from being a mixed martial art fighter and tried a new career. That's when Sayko heard about SAHP doing an open recruitment, he deiced to join.
Career Story:
Sayko joined police academy and got trained to be police officer in SAHP he completes his training and becomes police officer. After joining the SAHP he moved in to apartment above his friends house. He spends 2 years in SAHP serving his State day by day and spending his leisure time with his friends family as they are the only family they got. One day his friends father was murdered and some of the evidence pointed towards Sayko, So he was fired until the Case was concluded. After a long 15 Months the case Ended as they found the real killer. This 15 months Sayko had to make money to Live and the only way he knew was how criminals make money, He did a lot of crimes but never caught as he knew how Police work and he Avoided making any mistakes. After passing all the tests again he Joined back in to SAHP and Made his way upto Chief of Staff, One day in a Sting he met Some of his friends from the old Criminal days and now he is interested in making more money as a Corrupt Officer.
Outcomes:
1- Sayko can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer, reject their request, and refuse to show any type of ID.
2- Sayko can break IC Laws and able to use his position in SAHP.
3- Sayko can smash and destroy bodycams (by using /try searches for bodycam and /me destroys it, 2 times per situation).
4- Sayko can arrest and add to wanted list anyone he feels annoyed or finds in violation of the law and remove all traces after. (Proper Roleplay, including LEOs)
5- Sayko can help criminals, friends and his family members by allowing them into the prison, removing their handcuffs, aiding their escape, etc… (100k max, nothing against script)
6- Sayko is able to use/sell/buy/trade illegal/legal weapons and items from others, Black Market, Dark Net, as well as sell classified information. (no org weapons, IC only)
7- Sayko can take contracts or start random prison breaks. (with Dark net task or using USB 1 time daily).
8- Sayko has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
9- Sayko can torture his 10-15s if they fail to follow his demands.
10- Sayko can take bribes up to 100k. ( It is limited 100k and illegal items on the suspect )
