Life Story
Turbo was the only child of a family of gun and drug smugglers, his parents didn't want him to get involved but when he saw the money his family was making he couldn't help himself and he wanted to make money and have fun. One day he stole some drugs from the basement of the house and sold them, he loved it and now he was doing it almost every day, but his family realized that Turbo was betraying his family, they didn't like it, they didn't treat him the same, they didn't see him as their son anymore. He ran away with everything in the warehouse before he ran away from home, he had a lot of drugs and illegal weapons, he realized that if he tried to sell them he would get caught and he was looking for a way to keep a low profile, so he joined the SAHP to keep a low profile and he was doing illegal trading after working hours.
Career Story
After joining the SAHP, Turbo completed all his training and continued to run his illegal business. He had sold the goods he had stolen from his family in a very short period of time, and now he was running his drug producing business in Los Santos on his own dime, making a lot of money in a short period of time. It was strange for a normal SAHP Trooper to make so much money, but the IRS noticed Turbo and started investigating his income, Turbo's illegal business was soon discovered and he was arrested. Turbo thought his future was over, but the corrupt soldiers of the SAHP broke him out of jail and cleaned up his past. Turbo wanted to start a clean slate for himself, so he underwent surgeries and had a face transplant, he was now someone else, he completed his training in a short time and rose to the rank of US Marshal, but the only thing that had changed was his face, he was still the same old Turbo and he went back to his old habits and became a corrupt officer again.
Outcomes:
1- Turbo can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe)
2- Turbo can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Turbo can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4- Turbo can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
5- Turbo can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
6- Turbo can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
7- Turbo can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
8- Turbo can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
9- Turbo can take contracts or start random prison breaks. (with Dark net task or using USB 1 time daily).
10- Turbo can arrest someone for fake charge If he severely dislikes them or for revenge. ( within sufficient rp reason and nothing to severe )
