The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
A big time arms dealer, recently released from prison, claims to be going to the legal business side with a major gold deposit scheduled at the Pacific Standard Bank in downtown Los Santos. After a secret pickup at his private WH near the Docks (subs loc), he plans to transport the gold using an armored convoy, escorted by law enforcement through the city backstreets and dangerous ghetto. But! This has been leaked! All gangs are moving in to intercept. They can choose any point along the route to ambush the convoy, using street bikes, SUVs or sports cars. If they manage to kill the dealer and steal the gold, they must escape and successfully store it in one of their gang-owned stash houses (their own gang HQs). If the dealer reaches , LEOs must defend the bank for 30 seconds while he offloads the gold inside
Why this event:
This event creates a confrontation where LEOs will actually need to protect something while gangs attempt to intercept and steal it before it’s safely deposited. Stealing NG trucks are so easy, so it's time for them to get some practice but in a different way
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Objective for LEOs: Escort the dealer safely and hold the bank for 30 seconds
Objective for gangs: Eliminate the dealer and escape with the gold before the deposit is complete

Rules of the event:
▸ No teaming
How is the event won?
The event is won by successfully escorting the VIP to the bank and defending the deposit or by intercepting the VIP and stealing the cargo before the deposit is complete
Prize for the winner:
$200.000 - $500.000 split amongst surviving
(dependant on my budget that day and how many survivors there are)
