2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have provided good services in very good ranks in all LEOs for a long time. The Undersheriff position I held in my last term provided me with more experience and motivation for SAHP. That's why I am applying to make SAHP more active.
2.2 I have Experience in All organizations which gave me enough knowledge about legislations which will help me to lead my term successful also I have experience of gangs which will help me to avoid rule breaks and lead term more better then others. I spend a good time as high command in FIB/SAHP/LSPD which will also help my in my this journey. I Have good numbers of friends having good experience in the city with a lot of knowledge so they will help me to complete my term.
2.3 Lastly, As I have seen in the past other organizations may not of been to fond of SAHP but, I want to change that and make sure every organization can depend on us as a whole. Unprofessional behavior towards other orgs won’t be allowed. I will always make myself available to all leaders or deputies so if they have any concerns about SAHP they know that they can come to me and I will address the situation the best way I know how. Furthermore, I will make sure we always have 1 person on insurance at all times so the people of the city can also rely on SAHP to be there.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I will keep people who can provide continuous insurance and support to the public in my department with a certain shift program in the lobby and insurance area. In this way, we will be fully active in all kinds of events and help our people.
PR (Public Relations)
Every day, regular PR events will be given importance and awards will be distributed to the public. In this case, public and relations will progress in a good direction. It is very important to me that people are happy.
HR (Human Resources)
I will do regular activity verifications to HR team every day. I will remove those who are inactive from that unit. I will arrange them a regular shift system so that regular recruitments are made. In this way, when a public comes to HQ, they can easily find an HR.
S.W.A.T (Special Weapons & Tactics Team)
We will be conducting daily Highway and Ghetto patrols with SWAT units. We want to take the security of the town completely into our own hands. This way, our people can roam the Highway freely and safely.
IA (Internal Affairs)
I will establish an IA team in the city to ensure that our officers are not corrupt or more careful. This will ensure that bodycam evidence of officers is constantly reviewed. Those who do not do good will be removed from the unit.
UC (Crime Investigation Department)
In this department, evidence of crimes and gangs in the city will be taken and sent to FIB agents. In this way, no criminal or gang member will be able to escape justice.
