ID 169962 will receive a punishment for UB Demand + RDM + FL in RP

FYI: Demand should be proper 5 seconds before engaging RP and there should be a proper reason given as well. Since it was not proper 5 seconds thus it is RDM also. And foreign language was used in the situation.​
