I was leaving beach market, and some guy swerves onto sidewalk, hits me, then goes all "watch where you're driving moron" cool, whatever, RP, we crash. He then tries to shoot me, which does nothing because my windows wont break... so I back up. He comes up and mentions going into GZ isn't allowed, OK, cool, my bad, ill leave. Problem is, were talking OOC, and when he tells me that, he doesn't inform me, he insults me. "you going into GZ you fucking idiot? what are you stupid?"

I even said fine, fair enough, ill leave GZ, follow me then. To which he tries to shoot and, again, windows.

IG Vespucci is ghetto, so shoot on sight is allowed, I'm fine with that, but the insulting over the rules OOC? That's not cool.
