Hello grand rp help team, first of all I wish you all a good day, 1 week ago I died in the red zone while playing the game and after I died I went to smoke a cigarette, when I came back I had fallen out of the game, I tried to enter the game again but it always remained on a black screen, so I pressed alt f4 and entered again, when I entered it said I was banned for 1 month due to the use of a bug, then I tried to open a topic everywhere on the forum and discord but it didn't work, I really didn't have any bad intentions and since I was banned for 1 month in the game, I will lose the house I bought with all my money, please help me, I really didn't do anything with bad intentions, but I apologize, thank you in advance for your time and interest
