As much i remember before it if someone plants the solar and take money and removes it after it and plant for some one else its considered as scamming .
according to general rule 1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate lost money.
here in this case if i gave money for solar plantation that meant to be installed for 4-5 hours and someone removes it after taking money its clearly scamming , if its not then anyone can do this again and again take money remove solar and plant for others unlimited time in a day and make money its just like a bug abusing or like scamming peoples in beachmarket shop for mismatch price.
