2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
i) SAHP is the backbone of law enforcement
As being a High Command in all of the Law Enforcement organisation. I think SAHP is the best organization to maintain law in the Highways.
It's the Traffic Police who hold the control of law in city and Highways. As city being so populated and criminals of Highway SAHP is the best organization to maintain law. Personally
I love law and want to punish those who breaks it. I have a strong personal commitment to justice, and I believe my experience and passion can help SAHP remain firm, fair, and respected.
ii) Strong collaboration between SAHP and other state organizations
I believe that if all state organizations work together, they can maintain law and make criminals fail in their plans. Unity is the key to success. I believe in unity and will make SAHP collaborate with other state organizations such as: LSPD, FIB, and NG.
We will maintain a healthy relationship between us. I will lead SAHP to become a reliable and strategic partner in all inter-agency operations.
iii) Reform and optimize the internal structure of SAHP
I will re-structure the internal system of SAHP. For this purpose, I will create departments that work together to maintain a good environment within the organization. I will make sure that every new employee receives proper training. I will ensure that every officer knows their role and follows the chain of command.
Under my leadership, I will ensure that SAHP becomes a professional, respected, and disciplined force.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To Improve roleplay in SAHP. I will ensure that every officer get proper and realistic training and they follow proper codes.
I will make every officer feel like they are part of a real police force, not just a game.I will introduce real operations, investigations
reports and breifings etc. Proper Ceremonies and meetings will be held.I will make sure that every one follow rules.

Their task is to attend every event and control terrorism in city.They have access to weapons and they will make tactics to perform operations.
2. Human Resource and Training (HRT)
Their task will be to hire new employees and give them training.
3. Internal Affairs (IA)
Their task is to ensure that every officer has a clear background and have all licences and they perform their duty properly.
Make sure that every equipment is working.
4. Crime Investigation Team (CIT)
Their task will be to perform special and top secret tasks. Investigate crimes and help FIB to collect Evidences
5. Traffic Enforcement (TE)
Their task will be to control traffic in city give fines to illegally parked vehicles and tow vehicles etc.
6. Public Relation(PR)
Their task will be to keep good relation with public and continuously conduct Events
