2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Why I Think Leadership is Best for me because I have seen many ups and downs of EMS. I have seen a time when my people are fighting over covering the lobbies and then I have seen empty lobbies as well. I have seen Great leaders leading EMS front foot and then I have also seen leaders making Bad decisions while under pressure. We are all aware that this position is a fleeting one, I do not want the position for a pleasant history or to be better seen in the city, I want this position just for the sake of being with this organization and the wonderful people in it, I believe that this is the duty of any person who wants to be the leaders of any organization. To understand everyone, to be fair and at the end of each day and your term, to be satisfied with your work done correctly.
- Because of this, I am familiar with the intricacies of the profession. which has allowed me to learn how to manage teams, schedules, vehicles, stocks, etc. It would sadden me to see this service placed in the hands of a complete stranger, solely hungry for power, who does not even know the paramedics who spend their time saving the citizens of Los Santos.
- Lastly, I have a few concrete ideas for improvements that could be made to the service:

- Conduct a more thorough recruitment process and enhanced training, focusing on serious, committed, respectful, and attentive profiles.
- Distribute bonuses regularly to reward the hardest-working members.
- Ensure teams cover the widest possible time range to improve service availability.
- Offer patients more in-depth medical follow-ups to enhance care quality.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
I believe that improving the quality of RolePlay within the service primarily requires a director who masters it well and is able to communicate it to others. Currently, EMS already has all the necessary tools—what remains is to see who will be able to enhance the in-game atmosphere and uphold the rules.Rank System
