This guy cuffed me without any reason and while cuffing didnt say anything which is fail rp

I swear all i am saying is the truth and I would never lie.
So, Mr. Jobair Tawfiq opened a forum against me for something I didn't do, and at 23:03 I was literally in Main Barracks in NG waiting for Subs and making the convoy ready and literally had a bodycam at 23:13 me driving around the base using the bike waiting for subs to come and Mr. Jobair Tawfiq removed the video so I could see what I didn't to know if I really cuffed him or not.
And, one more thing I would never do something I know its wrong I literally was about to apply for admin team after 5 days and if I didn't become an admin I would have applied for NG leadership, and I know that cuffing a person for no reason is corruption without bio (I know as I used to be corrupted officer in the past) so why would I do it and risk my career on becoming an admin or leader?
