I was playing infront of my family house and i got blocked for no reason and how can i fix it and i want to know why i got blocked because i see the reason i got blocked for its wrong i didnt make any mistake

Reason of punishment is selling/purchasing a vehicle for cheap. Proper decision taken. Rejected.
