2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I’m ready to become an EMS Leader because I really care about helping our city and dealing with tough medical situations calmly and effectively. When I was in EMS, I gave many trainings and I am familiar with all the basics and advanced rules, including situations. I can unite my whole unit to work properly and improve internal relations between the EMS department and Employees. I can give my best in the smooth functioning of EMS and contributing to the citizens of Los Santos.
In my EMS leadership, I will make sure that there will be better and smoother functioning between Departments (Training, Hospital service, ground service, ARO Department, FTO, and HR). I will make sure there will be weekly meetings in all Departments and every deserving unit gets a promotion at the promotion ceremony. Every high command has to pass a proper interview and proper HC training. I will select the FTO personally, and I will take their Interview on my own, and I will make sure they get proper training, and this will apply for HR also.
I realize that there are some limitations in EMS. I will fix that by doing internal meetings and improving relations between organizations. I will make sure there is always an FTO available for Freshiers, and hire an FTO according to the timezone, and there will always be an HC at the lobbies to check everything is going smoothly.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As I said before, I will hire every HC and FTO by my own, and with the proper procedure to improve the RP experience, I will make sure freshers are getting training properly so they don't break any rules and maintain realism, and I will give command to all are FTO and HC to hire only person with a good qulity microphones so they do clear conversion with paitionts and improve the intraction with the paitionts. There will always be HC available for hostage situations and events to improve roleplay manners and improve the relationship between organizations. The HC is divided into day shift and night shift, and I will improve ground service and the ARO Department. Every unit will be professional on duty as well as off duty, and they can interact more professionally.
