Life Story:
hydra was born on 1997 in los santos,his childhood was not an ordinary storey he faced so many situation,he addicted to drugs and many more in childhood becuse he got that easily later he moved to palito bay and started to work and get improve of self in financialy and mentaly but he had to face some gangstarts who messed with his house and his farm and everything he got messed up by local goons when he tried to take action against them he went to police for help he wanted to get rid of gangstars so he went to police and submited the complaint the police was behaved wrong with hydra and started bullying,hydra got much more angry he went back but after some time the same cop came to his house and started searching house without any warrent he qustioned still he refused to talk and he made a false case that he had possession of drugs and illeagle firearms he was taken to custody by the corrupt cop the cop offerd a deal to hydra to get rid of the case and he demanded some money from hydra, hydra decided that day to become a cop and he wanted to serve as much as he can
later he was in a leagl org he was in a post that every one is scared of his moments he was the one who is strict in the organization, so the higherups had to take him down so they decided to demotivate him and fire him from the organization but one of his best colleague was the higherup from his rank so he convenience the other officer to dont fire him or demote him from his rank ,after the sitution hydra was totaly broke he decided to take a break and went to city with his beloved bike and he enjoyed he got new friend there and a girlfriend later she become his wife and got seperated later how ever hydra was He arrived in Los Santos with dreams and doing his duty with all outcoming performances .
Career Story:
Hydra was started working as a cop from SAHP when he was joined marsh walker was his tranier he trained him with every laws and regulations of city and departments later he stared working as very good cop he got award for his works and he busted hundereds of criminals and sent them to prison when was in SAHP as a master trooper, later he joined LSPD for some days and he busted crimianls in city he went to fine the vechile which are not following rules in parking and he did a several time of duty in LSPD ,then his friend was called him for help in SAHP he went back SAHP with the more knowladge and he started working with his frieds in SAHP, after some days he was joined FIB then he was started from the field agent and now he had many more experiences. now with his knowladge and experiences he worked as chief of staf in FIB for some days and then he got change in mind to go lspd and get into duty and he still continues his duty in lspd as cos in lspd ,its a second time that he in lspd with his all old frieds. after this hydra joined government and made some few friends and now he is up to perform a bad cop path to gain finacial aspects.
OUTCOME:
1.Hydra can make criminals drop their weapons or illegal items and use for himself and when off duty sell them in the black market ( if they are not org weapons).
2. Hydra can use pickup and use illegal weapons and drugs while on/off duty. ( Not against server rules)
3. Hydra don't need to follow 10-15 processing procedure like reading Miranda rights and can lie about a lawyer
4. Hydra can take Bribes to release suspect and become hostage (Not more than 100k).
5. Hydra can lie and manipulate the law to confuse Leo and help his friends or family out of certain situations
6. Hydra can smash and destroy bodycam of civilians / Officers (using the /try commands twice per situation).
7. Hydra can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum]
8. Hydra can go into gheto off duty and can kill/rob people with his family members ( no fighting against Leo and not entering gang HQ )8
9. Hydra can lie and deny about his identification by pretending it to be someone else if he feels it's better for the organization.
10.Hydra can put Illegal items in 10-15 or citizens pockets / backpacks to get them into custody or arrested( With proper RP ).
