- Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
It's been around two years since I'm playing Grand RP. I have seen a lot during this time. I remember how I faced so many problems during my initial time but now I think I am quite able to help them with the knowledge and experience I gained. I truly love and admire the work of admins and it is my long seen dream to be an admin of this server. I have been in state organizations such as SAHP, FIB and I am the Deputy Chief of the current EMS term (31st term). To be honest, this is my third try to be an admin and I genuinely request you to give me a chance to prove myself. I am a very fast learner and I promise you, I will never fail you for believing me. The only thing I dream of in these days is to be an un-biased admin and it is slowly being my obsession to be an admin. With my full heart, I wanna help people and specially all the new comers who might be facing issues in the server. If I get selected in the team, I will try to help everyone as much as I can and in every possible way. I enjoyed my RP life a lot, made some of the very good friends and now I wanna help as much people as I can which is possible through being an admin. I highly respect the work of admins and I truly wish to be one of them.
- What are your strengths?
I am a very good listener which can help me to listen, understand and solve everyone's problems. I have a pretty decent conversation skill as well which will allow me to communicate with other admins as well as all the players. I am generally very respectful towards others which makes me approachable to everyone. Last but not the least, I have self awareness which allows me to understand and admit when I am wrong and when I need improvement and I accept when I am wrong.
- What are your weaknesses?
I have fear of failure, which often makes me underconfident. I have missed so much opportunities because of this. I am a perfectionist and this is one of my biggest weaknesses. I can't think of any other weakness for now other than being underconfident and a perfectionist but I try to improve my weakness everyday.
- What skills can you bring to the admin team?
According to me, my strong listening skills and ability to engage in meaningful conversations would be a great asset to the admin team. I think as an admin, its crucial to understand the concerns, ideas and needs of both, the players and the fellow admins. I strongly believe that my ability to listen actively and empathetically can help in solving conflicts, offering support and ensuring everyone feel heard and respected within the community.

Yes, the only thing I want is to be an admin and I can do anything I will be asked to be one.
