Why did he agree to a short viewpoint and when I published the viewpoint he did not deal with it? Why did he punish only me!! Owner of ID 121365 also shot and was not punished

First, ID 121365 rdm must be punished.

Second, 89156 must be punished for deceiving officials.

In My POV this guy (53424) Didn't gave us any demands and started firing on us so that will be considered as RDM. So pls take proper action against Him Thank you,
