As you are not called Mr. Bloods I dont think this is toxicity against you. There is no third party reports.
I will tell the Senior of State to address this with the Leader and talk about his and his Organizations behavior.

I received about 20 DMs for something that MAYBE IF EVEN lead to the maximum of 60 Minute mute - nothing else. This is the deperate try to get someone targetted in trouble. Same as I got massive reports in my DMs about Bloods running to HQ and try to abuse HQ Zone - which again are personal punishments, but the question was always for ORG punishments.

I will remind you, as well as the Curators and the Leaders of both Orgs that Targetting against an Organisation also leads to big punishments - usually 30+ Days Ban.
If I get notified about more of this "report-war" as players call it, none of the orgs will exist for a long time, as well as the players will have a long time to read the ruleset from outside the city.
